Underwriting Support – A team of dedicated associates to helping you with risk eligibility at new business or endorsement, assistance with billing issues, and other underwriting functions
Training – We have a full-time trainer on staff to help you master our systems and processes and provide valuable information on our products and services.
My Account – An online portal for customers to access their policies, print their ID cards, or pay premiums, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Customer Service - Our outstanding Customer Service team is available to support your customers Monday – Friday from 6am-8pm CST and Saturday from 8am – 5pm.
Claims Handling – We employee hundreds of team members in our Claims organization who are ready to assist your customers when they need it most.
Online Claims Filing – Policyholders can start a claim online at any time and a Claims representative will follow up promptly.
